Expanding access to estate planning.
Building the workforce to deliver it.
We are creating a national system where every person can complete essential estate planning documents and every community has trained professionals to support them.

The largest wealth transfer in history is already underway.
The United States is in the middle of the largest wealth transfer in history.
$80–$120 trillion is expected to pass between generations in the coming decades.
Yet most people are not prepared.
- Over 60% of Americans do not have a will
- Many lack even basic documents like power of attorney or healthcare directives
Most people are unprepared.
There is currently no workforce trained to deliver estate plan execution at the scale this moment requires.
Expected to transfer between generations by 2045 — much of it without a plan in place.

The gap in access
Estate planning protects families, supports decision-making, and preserves dignity. Yet millions of people never complete even the most basic documents.
Common barriers
- Cost
- Complexity
- Lack of trusted guidance
- Systems that were not built for everyone
When there is no plan, families face
- Court involvement and delays
- Increased conflict
- Loss of control over decisions
- Loss of generational assets
Who is most impacted
Access to estate planning is not equal. The communities that most need legal protection often have the least access to it.

Households of color
Significantly less likely to have estate plans, compounding generational wealth gaps.

LGBTQ individuals
Often need additional legal protections to ensure loved ones are recognized and rights are upheld.

Disabilities & complex families
Individuals with disabilities and non-traditional family systems face higher barriers to access.
Access to estate planning is an equity issue.

Building the system
We are creating the system needed to make estate planning accessible at scale — across three connected pillars.
Trustody.ai is live today, while our workforce training and access initiatives are being built as we expand nationally.
Workforce → Access → Infrastructure
Each pillar solves a different part of the problem.
Training & certification
We are building a national training and certification program for notaries specializing in estate planning execution. As demand grows, there are not enough trained professionals to execute documents accurately and consistently. This is a workforce gap.
- Creating a new workforce pipeline
- Standardizing execution quality nationwide
- Reducing costly and harmful document errors
This program is currently in development as part of our workforce expansion strategy.
Community-based legal clinics
We are partnering with nonprofit organizations and estate planning attorneys to launch community-based legal clinics. These clinics give people a way to complete essential estate planning documents.
- Power of Attorney completion
- Advance Healthcare Directives
- Education on basic estate planning
These clinics are part of our planned access model to reach underserved communities.
Trustody.ai
Trustody.ai is our growing platform connecting individuals with trusted advisors and services. It connects people to the right professionals and helps them actually complete the process.
- A clear pathway from awareness to access to execution
